Looking at right triangle SDQ, and using the info that angle 1 is 32 deg, then the measure of angle Q is 58 deg.
Since ST = TQ, we have an isosceles triangle with m<TSQ = m<SQT = 58 deg.
Then m<T = 180 - (58+58) = 180 - 116 = 64 deg
