PLEASE HELP ME OUT.
Write the equation of a line parallel to the line 2x + 3y = 5 and passes through the point (9, -3)

first get into y-int form:
y=−2x/3+5/3
fill in y point:
-3 = −2/3(9) + b
b= 3
so
y= −2/3(x) + 3
