Find the height of the pole if the shadow of a boy 5 ft. 6 in. tall is 2 ft. and the shadow of the pole is 2 yards.

I think it is 33 feet. I multiplied 5.5 by 6 because 5ft and 6in is 5.5 ft. multiplied it by 6 because 2 feet goes into 2 yards 6 times.

2*2-1/3 yards= 4-2/ yards =14 feets  .
THE SHADOW IS HALF THE HEIGHT OF OBJECT, SINCE A 6 FEET BOY CASTS A 3 FEET . SO THE POLE WILL BE TWICE THE LENGTH OF ITS SHADOW.
