Social Darwinism reinforces Laissez-Faire because according to it, if you are not of good breeding, then most likely, you will not succeed, but if you are, then you will be successful. Taking over people, destroying their culture, and taking their natural resources, you need a justification that seems true and what better way than by using science. Hope this helps.
