Answer: 38.185 ft
Hypotenuse side of triangle: 8.25
Length of two sides of rectangle: 18
Circumference of half circle= 2(pi)(r) = 2(3.14)(4)= 25.13
25.13/2= 12.565
8.25+18+12.565=38.185 ft
