The best thing to do is to find 1%, and you can do this by dividing 198 by 100. 198/100= 1.98. This is 1%, you've then got to multiply this by 1.5, nd this gives you 2.97 You then subtract 2.97 from 198, and this gives you 195.03 Therefore, the result is 195.03 Hope this helps :)
