-3x + 4y = 4
4y = 3x + 4
y = 3/4x + 1.....slope here is 3/4. A parallel line will have the same slope.

y = mx + b
slope(m) = 3/4
(4,0)...x = 4 and y = 0
now we sub and find b, the y int
0 = 3/4(4) + b
0 = 3 + b
-3 = b

so ur parallel equation is : y = 3/4x - 3

and if u need it in standard form Ax + By = C
y = 3/4x - 3
-3/4x + y = -3....multiply by -4
3x - 4y = 12
