How far does a car travel if its traveling 15 m/s for 28 seconds.

Multiply 15 x 28 to get 420 meters.

If you want to think logically- u have meters divided by seconds. Your final answer must be meters so to get the seconds to cancel - multiply by seconds ( multiplying will cancel division and vice versa)
