10 dimes and 14 quarters

take the amount of four quarters to start with: 1$

then from here, for add one quarter and one dimes worth: 35 c

keep adding until you reach 450

then count how many 35 c you counted and thats how many dimes you have

add four to that number and youll get the amount of quarters
