Explanation:First off Shelter is a need not a want. Electricity, a Backpack, Car insurance and a cell phone plan is a want. So maybe just the rent but I for sure know rent and food is a definite need.

The main two would be rant and electric bill . I don’t think you will need cell phone plan, car insurance, car payment or a backpack because it’s more like a want than a need. You wouldn’t have enough for rent so pay the electric bill and cell phone plan since you could use it to get a taxi to go to work :)
