[(25-11)+(15-9)] / 5
First you take care of the numbers in the brackets & then parenthesis.
25-11=14 and 15-9=6
Now you add both of those numbers together.

=4

Do what's inside the parenthesis first then the brackets, then take that final result and divide by 25
[(25-11)+(16-9)]/25
[(14)+(7)]/25
21/25
= .84
