if triangle ABC=triangle DEC, and angle b=3x and angle e=6x-39, what is x

If angle b and angle e are the same, I guess you can write b=e ?
So you’ll have :
3x = 6x - 39
0 = 6x - 3x - 39
39 = 3x
x = 39/3
x = 13
