The slope, m, is given by the equation m = (y2-y1)/(x2-x1), where (x1, y1) and (x2, y2) are points on the graph. Thus:
m = (-18-(-18))/(-15-12)
= (-18+18)/-27
= 0/27 = 0
Therefor the slope is 0
