Next step in management: Pt with abdominal bloating, diarrhea. Infectious work-up and endoscopy are negative. CT Enterography demonstrating a 5 cm stricture in her ileum. She is treated with 10 days of rifaximin which resolves the symptoms, but they return a few weeks after treatment.
